Platform: the website getcleaners.nl and related services. Cleaner: the independent professional offering services via the Platform. Client: the person booking a cleaner via the Platform. Booking: the agreement between Client and Cleaner, facilitated by the Platform.

cleaners is a matchmaking platform. We are not a cleaning company and not a party to the agreement between Client and Cleaner. We facilitate contact, payment, and quality assurance.

Payment is processed via Stripe (iDEAL, credit card, or Apple Pay). The amount is held in escrow and only released after a successful clean. On top of the cleaner's hourly rate, we charge an 18% service fee covering verification, insurance, escrow, and customer support.

Clients may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may be charged the full amount. Cleaners may cancel up to 48 hours in advance; repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

Every cleaner goes through a verification process: identity check (passport + selfie), background check (VOG), and reference check. We do not guarantee that a cleaner meets all your expectations, but we ensure a thorough screening process.

Every booking via the Platform is insured up to €300,000 for liability. The insurance covers property damage during the clean. Damage must be reported within 24 hours via our complaints form.

cleaners is not liable for the quality of cleaning services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant booking. We make every effort to resolve disputes quickly and fairly through our complaints process.

All content on the Platform (text, designs, logos, software) is the property of cleaners B.V. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
