1. Browse profiles at /schoonmakers. 2. Pick a cleaner you like. 3. Click 'Book now' and fill in the details (size, date, address). 4. Pay securely via iDEAL, credit card, or Apple Pay. 5. Done — you'll receive a confirmation.

You pay the cleaner's hourly rate (average €22–€30/h) plus 18% service fee. The fee covers verification, insurance (€300,000), escrow payment, and support. See /prijzen for a detailed breakdown.

Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may be charged the full amount.

You pay via Stripe (iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay). The amount is held in escrow and only released after a successful clean. You're always protected.

Report it within 24 hours via klachten@getcleaners.nl. We arrange a free reclean or give you a full refund. More details at /klachten.

Yes. Every booking through cleaners is insured up to €300,000 per visit for liability. Report damage within 24 hours.
