Every cleaner goes through ID verification, a KvK check if self-employed, and reference checks. Reviews only come from verified customers.
At booking, but we hold it in escrow until 24 hours after a successful clean. On no-show or complaint, we stop the transfer and investigate.
Report within 24 hours. We mediate, arrange a re-clean at our cost if needed, or issue a full refund.
Yes. On your first booking you can flag it as recurring. The cleaner confirms the rhythm; on illness we arrange a substitute from your shortlist.

Create a profile, complete verification and KvK linking, and start once approved. We coach on photos, copy and pricing.
Service fee is 18% of the hourly rate — transparent and visible at booking. This covers verification, escrow, customer support, and transaction costs.
